What to expect on the program

Challenge yourself on a program of continuous learning that’s proven to develop the Quality and Regulatory talent of the future. Over the two years, you will have the opportunity to grow your Quality Management System experience, build manufacturing process, and develop your understanding of medical device standards and regulation knowledge. You will also shadow GE HealthCare experts in various roles and learn what to do in the moments that matter.

We are looking for candidates with a Masters or Graduate degree in a relevant field who are passionate about Product Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Patient Safety in healthcare. With a global mindset, you will possess real analytical problem-solving skills and strong business acumen to help us push the limits of what is possible in healthcare.

This two-year program combines classroom learning with on-the-job experience to build product quality, regulatory affairs, and leadership expertise. You'll work alongside industry experts to develop critical decision-making, change management and presentation skills.
