What to expect on the program

We will prepare you for the challenges of working in the fast-paced world of dynamic supply chain management. You will gain experience designing processes to deliver operational efficiencies such as first-pass yield and streamlining complex logistics networks that connect suppliers.

We will help build your leadership skills with structured training and on-the-job experience. Our
extensive coaching and mentoring will equip you with the technical, leadership and teamwork skills to succeed. For the final stage of the program, you will work with a team on a critical business challenge sponsored by our executive leadership team, giving you the opportunity to be mentored by senior leadership.

You will have foundational knowledge gained while pursuing your engineering, supply chain, data analytics, or OSHA related degree. Your analytical and problem-solving skills and resiliency will be essential to working in our fast-paced supply chain.
